We will be making wine with philosopher and winemaker Pau, going out with shepherd Prem, looking for wild medicinal plants and mushrooms, getting our hands in the soil, looking after our gut health through fermentation and get cosy while cooking on the fire🔥

But most of all we will experience what it is to live in community and in reciprocity with nature, something many of us are longing for…

When: from 12 – 19th of October, 2024 (possibly extra edition from October 27 to November 3 if there is interest)
Costs: via solidarity payment €450-€850
Location: Mieres, Girona, Catalonia
Language: English (with translation for those who need it).
Participants: 8-17 participants
Age: all ages are welcome
